Art Basel has launched its inaugural show in Hong Kong. Half of the participating galleries come from Asia and the Asia-Pacific region, confirming Art Basel's desire to build a cultural bridge between the long-established Western artworld and the vibrant new scenes of the entire region

아트바젤의정기전 행사가홍콩에서 처음으로 선보였다. 서양미술계와 전세계지역간에 문화적연계을 위한 장기계획의 일환으로 새로운 활력의 장을 마련하려는 아트바젤의 희망이 성사되면서 참가 갤러리의 반이상이 아시아 태평양지역과 아시아 지역으로 부터 대거 참가했다.
