A Bali as it calls an "Island of god", where the 19th exhibition of Asia Watercolours with a gala event , participated in over 10 countries in Asian regions took place at Ubud,Neka museum. this exhibition has been to develop the watercolour as its media based on water- soluble for the contemporary art works, at the same time has been to dedicate the enhancement of art works in order to extend an art information through the network.

신의 섬이라고 불리우는 아름다운 섬 Bali 에서 제19회 아시아 수채화 연맹전이 아시아 지역 10개국이 참가하여 Ubud 에 있는 Neka 미술관에서 성대하게 거행되었다. 수채화를 매채로 물의 수용성을 바탕으로한 현대작품을 실험적으로추구해온 이전시는 아시아 지역의 현대미술 발전과 이지역의 미술정보Network 을 확대하는데 많은 기여를 해왔다.
발리 Ubud은 힌두종교의 전통과 문화의 보고이다. 아직도 많은 토템의 원시적 숭배사상과 의식이 행해 지고있으며 열대밀림의 환상적인 비경과 아름다운 경관은 많은 유럽인의 안락한 휴식처로 많이 알려져있다. 또한 많은 세계적 석학들의 진정한 휴식처로도 많이 알려져있다. 특히 40여년 전통의 Neka Museum 은 이곳을 찾는 관광객에게 여유로운 예술문화와 작품을 감상할수 있게하는 문화 예술 공간으로 자리 매김하였다. 이곳을 찾는 관광객의 90%가 유럽인이다.세계적인 화가 고갱이 타이티를 가기전 이곳에도 거쳐하였다고 한다.
